We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Facility Manager with a clinical background to lead a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of Aged Care professionals in North East Melbourne

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the home's operations, including clinical care, workforce management, and overall performance. What You'll Bring

n

- Minimum 4/5 years' experience in Aged Care management
n
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
n
- Experience managing a 100 + bed facility
n
- Strong, supportive leadership skills with a hands‐on approach
n
- Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and nurture a positive team culture
n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‐solving abilities
n
- Flexibility to meet operational needs, including occasional shift support
n
- High levels of organization, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement
