About the Role

n

As a Clinical Trial Investigator, you will play a key role in the safe and effective delivery of clinical trials, ensuring participant wellbeing, protocol compliance, and high-quality clinical outcomes.

n

You will work closely with research teams, sponsors, and participants while contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the organisation's clinical research programs.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Conduct participant assessments and clinical reviews in line with study protocols
n
- Ensure participant safety, eligibility, and ongoing protocol compliance
n
- Review clinical data, pathology, and participant results in a timely manner
n
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready source documentation in accordance with GCP and ALCOA+ principles
n
- Support recruitment and retention initiatives across clinical trials
n
- Collaborate with internal teams and sponsors to ensure successful trial delivery
n




- Participate in sponsor visits, monitoring activities, and quality initiatives
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement, CAPAs, and operational excellence
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

n

n
- Medical Degree with unrestricted AHPRA registration
n
- Previous experience in clinical trials (not essential), research, or participant-based clinical care
n
- Strong understanding of Valuable Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical governance principles
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and clinical judgement
n
- A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
n
- Current Medical Indemnity Insurance
