About the role

Our client is seeking a Client Services qualified to join the organisation at their bright, modern office, located in Melbourne's CBD. The role focuses on the implementation of quality financial and wealth advice, working with a team of highly experienced professionals to positively assist in the financial well‐being of their clients.

Key responsibilities

- Consistently demonstrate an innovative mindset

- Contribute to the implementation of advice strategies

- Maintain positive client relationships and assist in managing client queries

- Organise in person and virtual client meetings

- Identify and recommend potential improvements to processes within the organisation.

- Robust organisational skills and strong attention to detail

- Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Accounting, Law, or a related field (desired).
