AWCON is seeking high-performing Estimators to own tender submissions, develop competitive and commercially sound cost estimates, and drive winning pricing strategies. You will work with Project Managers, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to produce accurate proposals and support our expanding project pipeline.
Embedded in the Pre Contracts team, you will take ownership of tender submissions, review drawings and specifications, and develop methodologies that optimise sequencing and pricing
