Key Responsibilities

n

- Recruit personal trainers who fit the existing team.
n
- Develop team members' practical skill sets and knowledge.
n
- Educate the team on business‐management practices for personal trainers.
n
- Implement and manage Goodlife's national fitness projects within the club.
n
- Manage budgeted targets and financial‐administration tasks.
n
- Collaboratively manage the club with the surrounding management team.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Certificate IV in Fitness or above.
n
- AUSactive / Fitrec registration.
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
n
- Working with Children check.
n

n

Experience & Attributes

n

n




- Minimum 2 years of industry‐related experience or managing a personal training business.
n
- Accomplished personal trainer with a successful track record and client base.
n
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team through excellent communication.
n
- Confidence to proactively engage with Goodlife members and work autonomously.
n
- Enthusiasm for health & fitness and a passion for helping others.
n
