Infotrust is growing our Professional Services capability and we are looking for a technically strong, client-facing Solutions Specialist to join the team.

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure and cloud challenges, working directly with customers, and owning projects from discovery and design through to implementation and handover.
n
Working across a variety of cloud and infrastructure projects, you will help clients modernise environments, improve operational maturity, and implement scalable, supportable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Delivering cloud and infrastructure projects end-to-end
n
- Leading technical discovery and solution design activities
n
- Supporting pre‐sales engagements, scoping and solution feasibility
n
- Delivering migrations and modern workplace implementations
n
- Producing high‐quality documentation, handovers and operational runbooks
n
- Working closely with engineering, delivery and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
n

Technical Environment

- Intune & Endpoint Management
n
- Networking, backup and disaster recovery technologies
n
n
