Our multidisciplinary clinic provides comprehensive, evidence-based care to individuals experiencing sleep disorders, respiratory conditions, and co-occurring mental health challenges. The clinic integrates leading research with clinical practice, ensuring our patients receive the most up-to-date and effective treatments.

What we are looking for
n
We are seeking two Psychologists or Clinical Psychologists to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based psychological care for individuals experiencing sleep difficulties and co-occurring mental health conditions.
n
Key aspects of the role:
n
Clients present with sleep disorders (predominantly insomnia, circadian rhythm disturbances) which often co-occur with anxiety, depression, PTSD, neurodivergence, and other mental health concerns.
n
Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive, research-informed team.
n
Experience in behavioural sleep medicine and CBT-I, or a willingness to develop expertise in this area
n
Full registration as a psychologist or clinical psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
n
Eligibility for a Medicare provider number to offer rebated services
n
An Australian Business Number (ABN) and qualified indemnity insurance
n
A high standard of ethical practice and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
n
Previous experience working in a health psychology setting and/or private practice.
n
Familiarity with ACT, EMDR, mindfulness-based approaches, or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities relevant to sleep and mental health.
n
An interest in contributing to research, program development, or training initiatives within the Institute.
n
Registered as a Psychologist for workers' compensation.
n
