Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team at our Caboolture branch.

n

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. Working alongside a supportive and experienced team, you'll be responsible for helping customers identify and source the right parts to keep their vehicles on the road.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirements
n
- Provide exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers
n
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
n
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
n
- Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
n
- Assist with inventory enquiries and stock availability
n




- Contribute to achieving branch sales and service targets
n

n

What you'll need:

- Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries is highly regarded

- Strong customer service and sales skills
n
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
n
- Good computer literacy and administration skills
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles will be highly regar
n
