Job Description
As Systems Engineer, you'll provide hands‐on technical expertise across infrastructure and end user compute, with a strong focus on Windows Server, VMware, and Azure. The role spans BAU and project work, supporting system‐wide integration and driving operational improvements across a complex, evolving environment.

- $120,000 to $130,000 plus Super
n
- Exposure to a broad, complex environment spanning infrastructure, identity, and end user compute
n
- Genuine mix of BAU and project work, with room to drive automation and improvement initiatives
n
n
Duties / Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Support and optimise core infrastructure across Windows Server, VMware, and Azure from L3 as an escalation from the service desk.
n
- Manage Active Directory and Entra ID, including hybrid identity and integrations with a mix of project and
n
- Manage end user compute workplace across Microsoft 365, Intune, and device management
n
- Drive automation and operational improvements using PowerShell
n
- Support AD integration initiatives, including identity lifecycle management
n
n
Skills and Experience
n
n
- Strong systems engineering background across infrastructure and end user compute
n
- Solid experience across Windows Server, VMware, and Azure environments
n
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation capability
n
- Solid experience across Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint management
n
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID, including hybrid identity
n
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (ideally Fortinet)
n
- Proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership across BAU, projects, and occasional Service Desk support
n
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across technical teams
