About the Role

We are seeking a commercially astute Finance Manager - Commercial Property for our client. You'll manage a skilled team of three property accountants and operate as a key commercial business partner to the Head of Asset Management, helping to drive financial strategy and performance across key retail assets.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three property accountants
n
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the retail property portfolio
n
- Full ownership and responsibility for end to end property accounting deliverables
n
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Asset Management on commercial decision-making and operational performance
n
- Leading leasing forecast and reporting with the business
n
- Leading the strategy and direction for introduction of recent software systems and upgrades
n
n
About You
n
n
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,
or a related field and CPA or CA or similar
n
- Experience in commercial property finance, with strong exposure to retail assets
n
- Proven leadership track record (Coaching, developing and mentoring)
n
- Excellent analytical skills
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—capable of influencing senior stakeholders and presenting financial insights
n
- Experience with MRI will be considered as highly advantageous
n
