You'll be responsible for:

- Managing EBAs, awards, and IR matters with confidence and pragmatism

- Driving onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes
n
- Supporting site leaders with workforce planning and day‐to‐day HR support
n
n
This 3‐month contract has a strong view to extend and is with a national company known for its strong values and operational focus.
