Metro Trains Sydney (MTS) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Engineering Monitoring to lead the Engineering Controller team in the REM function, ensuring protected, fully automated operation of Sydney's metro rail network.
You will manage up to 12 Engineering Controllers in a 24/7 safety-critical environment, drive performance, safety culture and continuous improvement, and coordinate maintenance and engineering works with internal and external stakeholders.
