Job Description

Telstra Health is hiring a First Response Counsellor to provide trauma‐informed support via phone, video, web chat and SMS in a rapid‐paced contact centre. You'll conduct risk and safety assessments, deliver counselling and referrals, and connect people with safety pathways.

A bachelor's degree (three+ years) with professional registration (PACFA, ACA, AASW or AHPRA) and at least three years of counselling experience are required.
