Holgate are true craft beer pioneers, who have been brewing in Woodend for more than a quarter century. They're looking for a new sales rep to join their team in Victoria.

Job Description: Victorian Sales Rep

Holgate, our brewery and brewpub in the beautiful village of Woodend, just an hour from Melbourne in the Macedon Ranges, continues to champion quality, creativity and authenticity in every beer we produce.

Our beers are made to be shared, and so is our passion for them.

About The Role

As our Victorian Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Holgate across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Your focus will be on growing our presence, strengthening relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring more people discover and enjoy Holgate beer.

No two days are the same. You'll spend your time visiting venues and bottle shops, presenting our range, organising tastings and events, and working closely with our passionate team to grow the Holgate brand.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with on-premise and off-premise customers
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across your territory
- Planning and delivering beer tastings, events and promotional activities
- Managing your sales territory efficiently and achieving sales targets
- Representing Holgate with professionalism, enthusiasm and authenticity
- Educating customers about our beers,



brewing history and independent story
- Providing regular reporting and market feedback to the team

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people and building lasting relationships.

Ideally you’ll have:

- At least 2 years' experience in a sales role (beverage or hospitality industry experience highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience planning tastings, events or promotional activities
- Confidence using Excel, Google Workspace and sales reporting tools
- A current driver's licence and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- A genuine passion for craft beer and sharing that passion with others
