This leading performance marketing agency seeks a spirited digital Senior Account Manager with 5+ years of experience to drive client revenue and lead strategic campaigns across property, education & NF4 client industries, whilst inspiring the team!

n

The Opportunity:

n

n
- Support the General Manager and work within the wider digital meeting (property) team
n
- Work with a team of enthusiastic account managers across lead generation, automation, SEO & organic content for clients
n
- Lead content and community management
n
- Lead and develop creative concepts for campaigns
n
- Manage a portfolio of projects and ensure efficient workflow within the studio
n
- Be a key resource within our growing team
n
- Develop strategic marketing campaigns that generate ROI for our customers
n
- Work closely with internal digital producers to deliver projects on time and on budget
n
- Engage and collaborate with client stakeholders (up to and including director level)
n
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships
n
- Consistently achieve revenue management targets
n
- Drive business development strategy and processes
n
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand current clients' services
n
- Collaborate with the team on our new products and projects
n

You:





n

n
- Live in Melbourne
n
- Have at least 5 years of agency digital marketing experience
n
- Currently working in a Senior Account Manager or newly-appointed Account Director role
n
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering property sales and marketing campaigns (with a robust focus on digital strategy)
n
- Experience managing large budgets ($1million+)
n
- Significant experience in developing multi-channel customer acquisition and retention plans
n
- A minimum of four years of account management experience
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital marketing or digital advertising are a bonus!
n
- Deadline-driven
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
