Role and Responsibilities

n

n
- Drive FP&A; and commercial finance activities during a major systems and business-wide change
n
- Partner with divisional leaders across two divisions to influence strategic decision-making
n
- Consolidate and standardise reporting across 40+ branches nationally
n
- Develop financial models in Excel and create insightful Power BI dashboards
n
- Analyse productivity, efficiency, and recovery rates to identify improvement opportunities
n
- Load results into OneStream for group reporting
n
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation processes
n
- Act as 2IC to the Head of FP&A;, contributing to leadership discussions and transformation strategy
n
- Competitive package of $150k + superannuation
n
- 12-month contract with a strong likelihood of a permanent prospect

What You'll Bring

n

n




- Proven experience in FP&A; and commercial finance within a service-based or multi-site business
n
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel capability
n
- Strong Power BI skills, able to build and standardise reports from the ground up
n
- Exposure to ERP transformation or major systems change
n
- The ability to partner with senior stakeholders and challenge the status quo with confidence
n
- Strong analytical skills to interpret operational performance metrics and P&L; drivers
n
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation across multiple divisions
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the adaptability to shape a role in a changing environment
n
