What You'll Do

- Drive revenue growth: Exceed your booking and revenue targets by selling our software, cloud, hardware, and professional services solutions.
n
- Own the hunt: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through your own outreach, qualified leads, and participation in marketing campaigns and events.
n
- Expand existing accounts: Unlock additional value for customers by promoting new licenses, modules, and services across their organisations.
n
- Deliver with discipline: Maintain precise forecasts, meet quarterly commitments, and bring rigor to every stage of the sales cycle.
n
- Strategise for success: Develop and execute account plans that drive scale, deepen relationships, and uncover new growth opportunities.
n
- Collaborate to win: Lead cross‐functional teams—including pre‐sales, professional services, and support—to design and deliver winning client solutions.

- Be a market maker:
Champion our solutions in the Australian marketplace and elevate brand awareness to achieve leadership within key industry sectors.

What You'll Bring
n
n
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on new business development and consistent overachievement of targets.
n
- Experience managing complex sales cycles (6–9 months) from prospecting to close.
n
- Ability to work independently in a lean, agile environment, with self‐drive and accountability.
n
- Industry experience in manufacturing, logistics or distribution preferred.
n
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred but not essential.
n
