Our client is a market leader in the building products industry with a strong reputation built on reliability, trust, product knowledge and consistent service. Due to growth, an exciting opportunity exists for a Cabinet Maker/ Joiner to join the team.

The role combines technical craftsmanship, precision measurement, problem‑solving, and safe operation of workshop machinery. This role requires excellent attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of quality are acheived.

The role:

- Build bespoke cabinets, wardrobes, and vanities. Using manufactured board products.
- Read and interpret architectural plans, shop drawings, and cutting lists to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Safely operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, planers, routers, CNC machines, and edge‑banders.




- Assist with all in-house (factory based) assembly of joinery products.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, structural integrity, and aesthetic quality.
- Select appropriate materials and manage stock levels for ongoing projects.

What we're looking for:

- Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent) - essential
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to produce precise, high‑quality work with tight tolerances.
- Ability to troubleshoot design or installation challenges.
- Comfortable with manual labour, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Experience producing bespoke cabinetry for residential or commercial clients.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operation.
- Proven experience installing cabinetry on‑site.
- A valid driver's license
- White Card Required
