n ACRWORLD are working with a rapidly growing and newly rebranded provider of cleaning and integrated facility services with a strong presence across NSW. With a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and retail contracts, the business is known for its commitment to service quality, innovation, and long-term client relationships.
n As part of their ongoing expansion, they're looking to appoint a capable and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and support integrated security services where required.
n The Opportunity
n This role will see you manage over 40 sites and 100+ operational staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement across all contracts. You'll be a key operational leader, working closely with supervisors, clients, and service partners to maintain standards and deliver on KPIs.
n Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and manage cleaning operations across a portfolio of residential, commercial, and retail sites.
n
- Conduct regular site visits, quality audits, and toolbox talks.
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, ISO standards, and client KPIs.
n
- Act as the primary contact for building managers, strata committees, and FM providers.
n
- Optimise rostering, control costs, and drive process improvements (e.g., QR code systems, sustainability goals).
n
- Collaborate with a security service partner to support integrated solutions and incident response.
n
- Mentor site supervisors, manage staff performance,



and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
n
- Support reporting, tender responses, and capital planning.
n

Ideal Background:nn
- 5+ years' experience managing multi-site cleaning or facility operations.
n
- Exposure to or understanding of security service operations (preferred but not essential).
n
- Proven stakeholder engagement with landlords, FM providers, and strata managers.
n
- Strong knowledge of:

- Cleaning Services Award
n
- WHS legislation
n
- ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
n
- Commercially savvy - confident managing budgets, KPIs, and rosters.
n
- A proactive and solutions-focused leadership style.
n
