Job Description: We are seeking a physically fit individual for the role of Powder Coater/Blaster Labourer. The successful candidate will handle various duties in sandblasting and powder coating of fabricated items, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate equipment to clean, wash, strip, sand, or otherwise prepare fabricated steel items for the application of paint or other protective coatings.
- Paint small items and perform touch-ups.




- Clean and maintain painting and coating equipment, as well as personal protective equipment.
- Maintain and use abrasive blasting equipment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience preferred but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided for the right applicant.
- Rights to work in Australia.
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude with a "can-do" approach.
- Good communication skills and strong work ethic.
- Own transport.
