We're looking for a proactive and organised Inside Sales / Business Development Support Rep to join our dynamic team. You'll play a vital role in sales support, and customer onboarding—driving real impact from day one.
n
What You'll Do:
n
n
- Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn & tools
n
- Collaborate with Regional BDMs to support the sales cycle
n
- Coordinate proposals, contracts, and onboarding of new clients
n
- Maintain CRM records and support sales reporting
n
- Help prepare for industry conferences and follow-up with leads
n
n
What You Bring:

- Background in science, life sciences, or clinical research
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- CRM proficiency and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
n
- A keen interest in business development within healthcare/pharma
n
