Dalby Christian College is a co-educational, Prep to Year 12 Christian School with secondary boarding and an Early Learning Centre. The College was established in 1981 and teaches from a Biblical Christian Worldview with the purpose of equipping young people of character and purpose in Christ.

Position

n

The College is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to commence in 2026 in our Early Learning Centre.

n

Qualifications

n

n
- A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or be working towards)
n
- A current, cleared QLD working with Children check (or eligible to obtain)
n
- Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting certification (or able to obtain)
n

n

Responsibilities

- Have the ability to support Early Childhood Teachers in the delivery of the educational program.
n
- Be motivated to contribute to the educational program.
n
- Have a passion to see each child achieve their potential.
n
- Have the ability to work well in a team workplace.
n
- Have a knowledge of QKLG and NQF.
n
- Have an understanding of play based learning.
n
