About the Role

n

As a Carer, you will support residents with their daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity and choice. You'll work under clinical supervision and play a vital role in delivering safe, effective and person‐centred care.

- Shifts available every day – morning, afternoon and night
n
- Candidates must have broad availability
n

What You'll Do

n

n
- Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
n
- Support emotional wellbeing and lifestyle needs
n
- Deliver care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Assist with meals, hydration and linen management
n
- Follow infection control and WHS practices
n
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
n
- Contribute to a safe,



respectful and resident‐focused environment
n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
n
- Demonstrated experience working as a Carer in aged care
n
- Strong understanding of the ageing process and dementia care
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- Vast availability across all shift types (morning, afternoon & night)
n
- A genuine passion for delivering high‐quality care
n
