This Is Not Your Typical Property Management Role:

My client is looking for someone with a genuine can‑do attitude who is willing to give things a go, learn and get stuck in. You may already have Real Estate experience and be looking for a lower‑stress, supportive environment, or you may be newer to the industry and keen to build your skills and gain valuable hands‑on experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, hands‑on and practical;

- Working directly 1-1 with the Director
- Assisting with out‑of‑office Property Management tasks
- Meeting photographers, builders, trades, furniture installers and other contractors onsite
- Conducting some of the open homes
- Conducting some of the entry, exit and routine inspections and preparing reports
- Liaising with tenants, trades and contractors
- Attending properties and coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Helping with property preparation and presentation when required — including being happy to pick up a broom or pool cleaner when needed!
- Assisting the wider team with general Property Management team

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is:

- Previous Real Estate experience
- Holds a QLD Certificate of Registration
- Positive, upbeat and genuinely enjoys working in Real Estate
- Proactive, reliable and willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team
- Looking to build a long‑term career in Property Management
