About the role

Reporting directly to the business owner,



you will take ownership of day-to-day PM operations on a medium sized company portfolio whilst gearing the team up for organic growth and overseeing trust accounting functions.

Skills & experience

- Ideally 5 x years experience as a Senior Property Manager
- Strong knowledge of PM legislation and compliance
- Proficient with Property Me & trust accounting
- Leadership qualities for succession planning
- Process driven
- SA real estate license essential
