Responsibilities:

- Partner closely with project teams, subcontractors and senior management to drive positive safety outcomes.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, incident investigations and risk assessments.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of WHS systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation,



company standards and project requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance on the construction site, conducting toolbox talks, safety inductions, and risk assessments as needed.

Key Requirements:

- 5yrs+ experience as Safety professional with a Commercial Builder
- Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- Proven experience in commercial construction ($40M+)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing site teams, liaising with clients, and overseeing subcontractors
- Strong understanding of safety and ability to build a strong safety culture.
