Trojan Recruitment Group is currently seeking High Reach Forklift Operators / Storepersons to join our current client based in Arndell Park. Our client specialises in inventory and logistics solutions for field service and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Manage inventory including putaways, replenishments, cycle counts and stock investigations
- Pick, pack and manifest orders accurately
- Perform freight sorting, pallet wrapping and consigning duties
- Repackage and label stock as required
- Use RF scanners for picking and inventory tasks
- Perform manual handling and general warehouse duties
- Work across both forklift and pick/packing duties as required
- Take ownership of daily tasks and work effectively with minimal supervision

Skills and Experience:

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Recent High Reach and Counterbalance forklift experience
- Previous warehousing and pick/pack experience
- RF scanning experience
- Experience with freight sorting, pallet wrapping and consigning highly regarded
- Good written, verbal and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and dependable with a strong attendance and punctuality record
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic




- Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Must have reliable transport and a genuine commitment to the role
- Must be able to pass a Criminal History / Police Check with No Disclosable Outcomes
- Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
