We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our team based in Bermagui, NSW.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the directional driller/operator during drilling operations
- Prepare, maintain, and handle drilling equipment and tools
- Mix and manage drilling fluids
- Support setup and pack-down of drill rigs and job sites
- Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and site instructions
Skills & Requirements
- White Card (essential)
- Driver’s licence (essential)
- Asbestos Awareness (beneficial, but not essential)
- Silica Awareness (beneficial, but not essential)
- HR truck licence (beneficial,
not essential)
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Ability to work outdoors in construction environments
- Basic knowledge of tools and machinery preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn current skills and drilling techniques
- Willing to complete online induction training
- Must be willing to work away from home when required
