Proactively source information to expand your product knowledge
Be the go-to source for information on neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems
From check-in to check-out, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay
Confidently communicate with both guests and colleagues enabling seamless teamwork
Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces all of which are crucial to creating an outstanding first impression
Use cleaning materials and chemicals with care, adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure environment Skills and Experience Previous experience in a customer facing hospitality role is a plus
Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory Genuine passion for guest care, engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
Capable of embracing a versatile rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays
Strong work ethic, reliable and a commitment to excellence
