Job Description

This is a hands-on production role within a busy steel manufacturing environment, suited to candidates who are comfortable working with machinery, following processes, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.You'll be joining a stable operation offering full-time hours, ongoing work, and the opportunity to build long-term experience within a modern manufacturing facility.

Available Shifts

- Early shift: 4:00am – 12:00pm
n
- Afternoon shift: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
n
- Monday to Friday roster
n

Your Duties May Include

n

n
- Operating machinery used in steel manufacturing and production
n
- Loading and unloading materials into machines
n
- Measuring, checking and preparing steel components
n
- Monitoring machine performance and product quality
n
- Following production schedules and safe operating procedures
n
- Using hand and power tools where required
n
- Assisting with general production duties as needed
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing, steel, metal fabrication or a similar industrial environment
n
- Ability to work safely around machinery and steel products
n
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
n
- Comfortable with repetitive production work and manual handling
n
- Reliable, punctual and team-focused attitude
n
- Forklift licence or overhead crane experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
n
