Role Overview

Reporting to the Director for Business Services and Tax, you will lead a great team of accountants.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead, coach and support a team of accountants
n
- Deliver high level business advisory services to clients
n
- Review and oversee client work to ensure accuracy and commercial value
n
- Assist with onboarding and development of current team members
n
- Provide support to the Director for Business Services and Tax as required
n
- Contribute to improving systems, processes and client outcomes
n

Skills and Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
n
- 5-7 years accounting experience
n
- Strong knowledge of modern accounting systems and technology
n




- Proven experience in a client facing professional services environment
n
- Solid understanding of accounting standards and best practice
n
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
n
