InfraBuild is seeking a Detail Manager to lead high‐impact detailing operations across Queensland.

About the role

n

The Queensland Detailing Manager will maintain the highest standard of detailing, manage resources efficiently, and drive workflow improvements to meet project demands.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Managing and leading 18 direct reports
n
- Own and improve the detailing function and its performance metrics
n
- Collaborate with sales, operations and project delivery teams
n
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
n

n

Skills and experience required

- Demonstrated experience managing large teams

- Commercial acumen with a history of delivering successful outcomes on major projects
