We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Concrete Construction Supervisor / Worker to join our team here at S-Crete Pty Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organising, overseeing and working side by side with our team on our job sites (industrial & residential) ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

The position is initially offered as a Casual Employment but we are seeking are Full-Time Employee and and following a successful trial period of 3 months, a Full-Time Employment position will be offered.

Key responsibilities

- Extensive experience in the placement of fill, steel & concrete for small and large projects (industrial & residential)
- Highly skilled and more than confident in reading and interpreting engineering & architectural drawings and specifications
- Organise & co-ordinate the ordering of supplies and materials for projects
- Co-ordinate, supervise and work on projects (site preparation, forming up, concrete pouring, finishing, stripping etc)
- Ensure compliance with all industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Work with, manage and lead a team of concrete workers, providing positive guidance and support
- Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and materials
- Collaborate with Site Managers, Engineers,



S-Crete Directors and employees to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all concrete work at all times

About you

- Proven EXTENSIVE experience as a highly skilled Concreter
- Proven experience as a Concrete Construction Supervisor in the building industry
- In-depth knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and best practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Current driver's licence (non-negotiable for this position)
- Licence and experience operating a Bobcat would be a bonus
