This role is perfect for either a Junior Planner ready to step up or an experienced Planner looking for more ownership and the opportunity to truly drive inventory strategy and commercial outcomes across the business. You'll play a key role in ensuring stock is optimised across multiple channels while working closely with Buying, Operations, and Leadership teams in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace.

The Role
n
As Merchandise Planner, you'll be responsible for managing stock flow, forecasting demand, and ensuring inventory is aligned to trading and growth objectives.
n
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone commercially minded, analytical,
and proactive - someone who enjoys balancing data, stock strategy, and business performance.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Manage inventory planning and stock flow across multiple channels
n
- Forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels to support trading performance
n
- Analyse sales, stock, and inventory data to identify risks and opportunities
n
- Drive replenishment strategies and manage intake planning
n
- Monitor aged stock and support markdown and exit strategies
n
- Deliver regular reporting and insights to support commercial decisions
n
- Identify process improvements to enhance planning and inventory efficiency
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Experience in a junior planner or planner role with 3-5 years experience
n
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data and reporting
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
n
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment
