Are you a Seasoned Change Manager with deep expertise in risk transformation, regulatory engagement, and enforceable undertakings? Our client is seeking a Change Manager and a Chane lead to join them on their risk uplift journey.

n

What You'll Do:

n

n
- Lead change delivery for high-impact risk and regulatory programs
n
- Engage with regulators (e.g., APRA, ASIC) and internal governance teams
n
- Develop and execute change strategies to uplift risk culture, compliance, and controls
n
- Partner with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Exec stakeholders across the business
n
- Manage stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities
n
- Track outcomes, report on progress, and ensure sustained change
n

n

What You'll Bring:

n

n
- 10+ years' experience in Change Management (5+ in senior roles)
n
- Strong background in risk, compliance, and regulatory change – within banking
n
- Direct experience with enforceable undertakings or regulatory remediation programs
n
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
n
- Familiarity with change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
n
- Experience working with or within APRA/ASIC-regulated environments
n
