The Role
n
n
- Lead cross-border tax advisory for Australian businesses expanding into new international markets, from initial structuring through to ongoing compliance
n
- Advise on international tax structuring, thin capitalisation, transfer pricing, CFCs, and double tax treaty matters
n
- Work with some of Australia's largest and most complex privately‐owned groups, with direct client access and no layers of hierarchy
n
- Partner with clients on market entry strategy, entity structuring, and cross‐border transaction support
n
- Work directly with senior leadership and business owners as their trusted advisor on international growth
n
- A genuine tax consulting seat, with a strong technical focus and real depth in international work
n

About You
n
n
- CA/CTA qualified with 8+ years' experience within a professional services firm, whether boutique or large
n
- Strong technical grounding in Australian international tax, including cross‐border structuring, transfer pricing, and treaty matters
n
- Someone who genuinely wants to own client relationships and be the face of the advice they give
n
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the confidence to build and shape your own client portfolio and specialism
n
