Struxture is seeking a Site Manager to deliver pharmaceutical and education‐fit‐out and refurbishment projects valued at approximately $2m, initially in the eastern suburbs and moving to an inner northern suburb.

The role

n

This role is ideal for a Site Manager who is strong on systems, process and site governance, and who takes pride in running secure, organised and high‐quality sites.

n

Key focus areas

n

n
- End‐to‐end site management from establishment through to handover
n
- Strong ownership of WHS systems and compliance
n




- Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining programme discipline
n
- Driving quality outcomes and efficient defect close‐out
n
- Working confidently within live or sensitive health environments
n

n

What we're looking for?

n

n
- Proven experience delivering fit‐out and refurbishment projects
n
- Strong capability with Procore and Hammertech
n
- Experience in health, aged care or similarly regulated environments
n
- Clear communicator with a calm, solutions‐focused leadership style
n
- Trade background or construction qualification preferred
n
