Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager & Team Members | Sydney Airport

The successful candidate will immediately take responsibility for managing a successful Brooki retail store, with a clear career growth opportunity to be a multi-store leader in the near future.

As a Brooki Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Team Member, you will:

Lead and inspire your team: inspire and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational excellence

Drive sales and achieve targets: implement strategies to maximise sales, manage inventory effectively and control costs

Ensure exceptional customer experiences: foster a positive and welcoming setting for all customers, resolving any issues efficiently and with a smile

Maintain operational excellence: oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, cleanliness, and presentation guidelines

Manage inventory and ordering: accurately track inventory levels, place orders, and minimise waste

Manage POS system: train your team to ensure efficient use of the point-of-sale system

Maintain a safe and compliant workplace: adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations

Be a brand ambassador: embody the Brooki Bakehouse values and represent our brand with pride





What we're looking for:

Experience in a retail or hospitality role, preferably within the food industry

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

A passion for food and a genuine enthusiasm for the Brooki Bakehouse brand

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the location

Existing ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) preferred, given this is an international terminal role

For management roles: proven leadership and team management experience, with experience in inventory management, cash handling, and POS systems
