Reporting directly to the Service Deli Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day‐to‐day running of the store's service deli to ensure the smooth operation of the department and its team.

If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing production, actioning orders, generating rosters and more.

Responsibilities & Expectations

- Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred, but not essential
n
- Ability to supervise a team
n
- Understanding of ordering, cost control and gross profit is an advantage
n
- Accurate team member rostering is an advantage
n
- Passion and enthusiasm with a very "hands on" approach
