Responsibilities

n

- Provide daily support for Creator Networks: handle inquiries and support tickets, deliver clear solutions promptly, maintain service standards, track issues with accurate case notes, and summarize recurring questions into self‐serve resources (FAQs, guides).
n
- Maintain and optimize the Creator Network Support Hub: update self‐service materials, identify workflow improvement opportunities, and manage tracking systems to assist Agency Managers in efficient task completion.
n
- Support LIVE agency campaign operations: assist in the full process from setup to post‐review, help prepare training materials, coordinate campaign tracking and performance summaries, and collaborate with regional/global teams.
n
- Undertake TikTok Creator Network marketing support: engage with the community, create and edit short videos, design brand‐consistent visuals, analyze campaign performance, assist with administrative tasks and event organization, and track content engagement metrics.
n
- Collaborate with product teams: collect and relay agency feedback, support new product feature testing and documentation, update onboarding SOPs,



and prepare weekly updates using dashboards and trackers.

- Onboard new Creator Networks: welcome current members, share weekly tips and monthly digests, and communicate product/policy updates clearly and timely.
n

- Minimum Qualificationsn n
- Available to undertake a 6‐month internship commitment, with a minimum weekly on‐site presence of 3 days.
n
- Demonstrated exceptional organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining precision and clarity.
n
- A proactive, solution‐focused communicator with a genuine passion for supporting and assisting others.
n
- Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and consistent reliability in task execution.

- Preferred Qualificationsn

- Demonstrated interest or hands‐on experience in technology, media, creator economy, or platform operations.
n
- Familiarity with support tools, ticketing systems, and data analytics dashboards.
n
- An inquisitive mindset with a strong desire to understand the operational mechanics of large‐scale platforms.
n
- Ability to translate data insights and pattern recognition into actionable, impactful process improvements.
