DP World Brisbane is seeking an IT Technical Support Coordinator to own end-user technology support, troubleshoot, and keep devices and systems our people rely on daily. The role is based at Fisherman Island Terminal and requires close collaboration with the IT team to deliver end-user solutions.

You will handle incidents in a 24x7 rotation, follow ITIL-aligned processes, and contribute to continual service improvements while supporting Windows, AD, Office 365, and mobility devices.
