As an independently owned venue, Park Ridge Tavern offers a great chance for passionate and experienced all-rounders who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across gaming, bar, and retail areas. Experience with Gaming, Keno, TAB, and food & beverage service is highly regarded.
What We're Looking For
- A strong focus on exceptional customer service
- Proven cash handling experience
- A positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Current RSA and RSG certificates (essential)
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
- Keno and TAB accreditation (advantageous but not essential)
- Friendly, supportive team environment
- Opportunity to grow your skills across multiple areas
