? Purpose of the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive HR team where you’ll play a key role in supporting employees throughout their journey at CBN.
As our HR Administrator, you’ll coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, prepare employment documentation, maintain employee records, and provide administrative support across a range of HR processes. You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of HR while developing the skills and experience needed for a rewarding career in the profession.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Prepare employment contracts, letters and other HR documentation
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a positive new starter experience
- Manage offboarding processes and employee exits
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Update and manage information within the HRIS
- Support compliance and record-keeping requirements across the employee lifecycle
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the People & Culture team
- Assist with HR projects, initiatives and process improvements
- Support the delivery of a positive employee experience across the business
