About the Role

Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level? We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in Henderson, WA. In this hands-on role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the employee lifecycle, making a real impact on our growing organisation. Key Responsibilities

- Supporting a seamless onboarding experience for recent employees, ensuring they feel welcome and supported from day one.
- Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, team development, and performance management.
- Assist with performance reviews and provide valuable input to support employee growth.
- Assisting with rewards, remuneration processes, and enterprise agreement interpretation.
- Maintain accurate employment records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Support recruitment activities when needed.
- Coordinate housing arrangements for international workers.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects.





What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in HR coordination or a generalist HR role, with a desire to expand your HR expertise.
- Industry experience in Construction or Manufacturing is a plus, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management abilities - along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A relevant qualification, such as a university degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience using a HRIS is highly desirable.
