About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team on a six-month fixed-term contract, supporting our project at Monash in Melbourne.

This is a night shift position, commencing at 6:00 pm, and would suit an experienced HSE skilled who is confident working in a busy construction environment and enjoys being hands-on with project teams and site personnel.

The role is expected to run through to Christmas, with the potential for the contract to continue depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide practical HSE advice and support to project teams and site personnel
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety observations
- Support risk assessments, SWMS and other HSE documentation
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
- Monitor compliance with Keller HSE requirements and relevant legislation
- Engage with workers and subcontractors to promote safe work practices
- Support toolbox talks, inductions and other safety initiatives
- Identify hazards and work with the project team to implement effective controls
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the project

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience working as an HSE or Safety Advisor within the construction or infrastructure industry
- Relevant HSE qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and construction safety requirements




- Experience working on construction or major infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to work independently and confidently engage with site teams
- Availability to work night shift, commencing at 6:00 pm
- Ability to commence at short notice

Experience working on D-Wall, piling, ground engineering or similar construction projects will be highly regarded. Why work with us?
