We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People, Culture & Inclusion team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months.

Partnering closely with leaders and employees across the Agency, you will provide trusted advice and practical people solutions that enable strong business outcomes and a positive employee experience. This is a broad generalist role with exposure across workforce planning, organisational change, employee relations, performance and talent processes.

Working within a high performing People, Culture & Inclusion team, you will build solid stakeholder relationships and help leaders navigate people matters with confidence, sound judgement and a customer-focused approach.

What You'll Do In this role, you will:

- Partner with leaders to deliver strategic and operational people outcomes.
- Provide advice on employee relations, performance, conduct and workforce matters.
- Support organisational change initiatives and team effectiveness.
- Contribute to workforce planning,



talent and succession discussions.
- Coach and support leaders to build capability and confidence in managing their people.
- Analyse people data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Work collaboratively across the broader People, Culture & Inclusion team to deliver a seamless employee experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of people practices, policies and processes.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has significant experience in a contemporary HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
- Brings strong employee relations and stakeholder management capability.
- Demonstrates sound judgement, discretion and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Can influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels.
- Is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Thrives in a collaborative, high-performing and values-driven environment.
- Has excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex people matters.
- Experience in financial services, professional services, government or similarly complex environments will be highly regarded.
