We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who is confident working across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, HRIS administration, employee records management, and general office support. This role is suited to a proactive and highly organised HR professional with approximately five years of experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgement, accountability, and the ability to plan ahead to ensure key activities are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Management Team .
- Working as part of a small business support team to deliver seamless HR process support across the organisation, including day-to-day operational support and broader HR initiatives.
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities in line with internal procedures and business requirements.
- Preparing employment contracts and work schedules while ensuring compliance with organisational standards and applicable requirements.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring timely, clear communication with employees and relevant stakeholders.
- Preparing executive and board-level reports supported by relevant analysis and insights.
- Maintaining HR procedure documentation and supporting cross-skilling to ensure effective coverage across business functions, as required.
- Managing the performance review program and supporting line managers with goal setting to promote continuous feedback, accountability, and development.




- Identifying opportunities for process improvement across HR activities and supporting the implementation of well-structured, practical change.
- Participating in internal and external quality audits.
- Organising corporate events that promote team cohesion and engagement.
- Coordinating logistics for board meetings and corporate gatherings, and providing ad hoc support appropriate to a small head office environment.
- Collaborating with team members across various geographies to implement HR policies and procedures.

Experience:

- Approximately five years of demonstrated experience in an HR administration or HR generalist role, with practical experience across onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, employee records management, and the handling of personal data in line with privacy requirements.
- A degree qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline is required, together with a sound understanding of Australian employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards (NES), and related employment obligations.
- Team lead experience is advantageous.
- Experience working in a small to medium global IT professional services company is highly desirable.
- Experience in executing a performance review program is highly favourable.
- Solid attention to detail and excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.




- Strong planning skills, initiative, and the ability to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
- A proactive and considered approach to problem-solving, with the ability to analyse data and draw useful insights.
- Familiarity with HR software; experience with BambooHR is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to support stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Knowledge of global HR practices and standards within multinational organisations would be beneficial but is not essential.
