Proton Power is seeking an experienced HV Project Coordinator / Project Manager with solid High Voltage (HV) experience to lead the delivery of major electrical and energy infrastructure projects across Australia.
This role will oversee projects from design and construction through to testing, commissioning and handover, with responsibility for safety, scheduling, cost, quality and overall project performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of High Voltage electrical infrastructure projects.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, resources, procurement and key deliverables.
- Lead project, construction and commissioning teams, subcontractors and consultants.
- Monitor project performance against milestones, KPIs and contractual requirements.
- Ensure works comply with safety, quality, design and client requirements.
- Identify and manage project risks, commercial issues and delivery constraints.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Support testing, commissioning, energisation and project handover.
