Role Description The Identity & Lifestyle Strategist is a remote role responsible for guiding clients through personal growth, identity elevation, and lifestyle design that aligns with their values, goals, and emotional wellbeing. Day-to-day work includes conducting one-on-one strategy sessions, facilitating group conversations, and creating frameworks that combine mindset coaching, emotional intelligence, and practical lifestyle planning.

The Strategist collaborates on digital programs, workshops, and content that support up-to-date self-employment, online pathways, and sustainable success. Responsibilities also include documenting client progress, refining tools and methodologies,



and contributing insights to brand messaging and educational materials. The role requires a balance of empathetic client support, clear communication, and strategic thinking to help clients lead lives defined by clarity, confidence, and self-respect.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in coaching, mentoring, or facilitation, with experience in mindset work, identity development, or personal growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in emotional intelligence, active listening, and empathetic communication to support clients through transformation.
- Candidates should possess skills in lifestyle design, goal setting, and practical planning, ideally with experience in wellbeing or intentional living frameworks.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital communication, online collaboration tools, and remote client support, including video calls and messaging platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills or experience in online business, up-to-date self-employment, or digital entrepreneurship, including basic understanding of online income models.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior work in coaching or consulting, relevant certifications in personal development or psychology, strong ethical standards, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
