Trade Sales Officer at Oxworks, located at 102-108 Magnesium Drive, Crestmead.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Always provide exceptional customer service to Oxworks' trade client base
n
- Receive, interpret, and satisfy all points of customer enquiry (trade), providing quotes as required and ultimately converting these quotes professionally into sales orders and sales invoices
n
- Achieve greater than 90% answered call rates for all incoming calls
n
- Liaise with various branch and warehouse staff daily to achieve 100% DIFOT with customer orders as required
n
- Effectively respond to customer issues and feedback, resolving them in the best interests of Oxworks
n
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
n
- Promote a harmonious environment with company departments to foster a positive and can‐do approach to servicing the needs of Oxworks customers above the needs of a single department or branch
n
- Source data on competitor activity, general market conditions,



new product opportunities and general pricing movements in the market
n
- Work to reinforce the company's vision, mission and values
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Demonstrated sales experience in a manufacturing environment (preferable)
n
- Experience using MS Office, CRM software and ERP system (preferable)
n
- High level of attention to detail
n
- Excellent time‐management skills, people and communication skills
n
